*Damage to hirers property or any subsequent third party claim is hires responsibility

*Hirer is responsible for supplying lights and cones during hours of darkness

*No fires in the skips

*The company is not responsible for identifying material

*No toxic substances to be deposited in skips without strict permission

*The company operates a strict 30 days credit basis net

*The hirer is responsible for damage to drives, manholes and all access to job area

*Fill skips to level only

*14 day hire unless pre-approved £5 per day after this period
